I have a bulging disc in my neck and occipital neuralgia that causes much pain and makes sleeping very difficult. We like the thickness of the pillows. Unlike other pillows that tend to become mushy after use this pillow has stayed firm but not hard. Good for stomach and side sleeping.

I don’t know why it took me this long to purchase a new pillow knowingly that it would help with my neck pain. Within one day my neck soreness was almost gone. I usually have to stretch or pop my neck to relieve the tension but it surprised me so much on how much my neck has improved within a single day.
