Notes
- Before using, scan the QR code on the manual to download the fitness app and to connect the watch to the app on your phone. The app will allow you to track your results etc.
- For Android users please always authorise Yoho sports and give it access to all phone functions and leave it running. Please also turn your GPS on before connecting this watch to your phone.
- Please charge the watch for 2-3 hours when you receive it and before you use it as the battery will have depleted whilst in transit.
- Do not treat this is a medical device or use it in place of professional hospital/medical equipment.

COMMENT: The only slight concern is that to recharge it is very difficult to pull the band off, and I’m a bit concerned that it might damage the connection in the long term. But I love it!
